2011 has been eventful.
like many stuff happened.
i went to work for like.. 6 months?
and i went into uni!
got my a level results
met my idols.
so on and so fore (did i spell that right?).
so yea.
2011.
awesome.

major events of 2011

many things happened!
so lets see.
in jan.
i went to work in uob
and
it sucks
boo

aft i quit. i went to REBOND MY HAIR
and er
cut bangs.
and i made contacts!

and in feb. i started working in RBS
which is awesome!
so i practically started out my new life with new looks (ok come on i looked really different okay) in rbs.

i got my a lvl results!
thought im slightly disappointed
but it still was pretty good!

and then
i dyed my hair! woots!

just right aft i dye my hair

rbs ended and it was orientation period!
had the best camp of my life!

yeap and so it was definitely fun
tiring but

amazing race
really amazing
but super tiring too.

ok so i told myself i must blog abt what happened today
so here it goes:
I SAW MCFLY TODAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

so here's what happened

i wasnt really intending to go sent them off today
(so mcfly was supposed to take a flight from jakarta to sg. den back to london)
and i was quite engrossed in my work!
until rachel tweeted me.
and i saw that their plane lands at 11.55
so i was like
' lets just take an early lunch'
HAHA
oops.
and yeap. left office at 11!!

thot i was gonna be late
cos of the stupid smrt trainnnnnnnnnn
had to wait for 6 mins?!!!!!
for the train towards pasir ris
and then the tanah merah train
reached changi airport mrt at like 11.55!!!
rushed to the secret spot ( oops we arent supposed to say where it is. me and rach, aft learning our lesson, found that awesome place!)
and saw that the plane hasnt even landed!
took a deep breath and sms-ed fellow mcfly gang!
rach and xinhua!!
xinhua on same train as me!
rach came with her sis.
and then, FLIGHT LANDED!

excited.
thrilled.
though there was like a 20% chance its the wrong plane
but we still hanged on!!!
and stayed at the place.
there was like 30% chance they wont appear there
ok actl, we figured its quite a small chance they wont be there.
ok cut the crap

so den. THEY APPEARED!
xinhua started screaming ' they're there they're there!'
and we started glueing ourselves to the glass
and sure it is!!

we were like waving and jumping frantically.
and tom had the ' are they waving at us ' look.

my trip was kinda decided last min, so didnt bring any cam and didnt take pics.

there was a moment tom went like holding his phone up

so the 4 crazy girls (us) posed for a quick picture
and he uploaded it on twitter
pointed to his phone and mouthed ' twitter!'
and i pointed back to my phone and put a thumbs up! hahahha

and i rmb i did this sth like ' come singapore *points to the floor*'
think he mouthed back that he loved too? and will come soon! haha.
but think he mentioned sth like they are recording new songs?
cos he did some guitar moves. hahaha

so we hurried to board at the back, while they went onto the train from the front.
we rushed to the front of the back

(ok confusing. so its like this. apparently for trains from t2-t3 vice versa, the front cabin is for those transitting, back cabin for normal ppl like us. so normal ppl can see those transitting from the front of the back cabin!)
and yeap. den i saw like tom was actl LOOKING FOR US!!!
when he got onto the train.
like looking out the window
i think he didnt know we can get on the train too.
and somehow, he turned and saw us waving at him!! (from a piece of glass again. ok. two piece)
and he kindly walked to the back of the front cabin to come lip read chat with us again!
danny came along too!
i think others followed but we didnt chat much, except with tom!
tom put on his shades and was like ' so hot. *fanning himself* '
and we were like ' yea yea!' hahaha

dere was a moment i think one of us was like making the driver pose
and tom did it as well!! hahha so cuteeeeee

and then at one point i lifted my left hand up and point to the ring finger and went ' congratulations!!'
u know wad? i think the whole train heard it
he went ' thank u' with a big grin (tom's chin!!) and tried to scam us that he lost his ring
turns out he kept it in another hand and we were like =.= hahaha

train ride was quite short.
and aft it stopped we ran to the front glass panel where its just ONE GLASS AWAY
waved like mad again! ( my hand did loads of exercise today apparently)
tom and danny walked over and hi fived all of us!
suddenly dono when, i think i heard tom's voice
and i looked up
OK SO THIS GLASS IS NOT LIKE GLUED TO THE SUPER TALL CEILING SO I CAN ACTL HEAR THEM

so we started screaming over.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

ok im one day late.
but there are 12 days of christmas right! hehe.

so ALOT of things happened since my last post till now

so let me try to summarise

1) A LEVELS ENDED.
yes it finally ended.
though in b/w aft the chem paper2 i went to buy CLICK FIVE and MCFLY album.
and aft physics p3 and econs p2 i went to bestie outing!
we had great fun at the seoul garden.
ok moving on

2) CLASS CHALET
it was epic awesomeness
we were so glad we picked steamboat over bbq
cos IT RAINED THAT NIGHT
haha
and we had nightcycling.
first time i did that
intially junjie biked me
den wn wanted to try swtiching and yz biked me
and she nv changed back.
ohwell.
and he cycled damn fast.
compared to junjie.

plus we played monopoly deal loads.

its like, a super cool fan site

and this pioneer status is real cool

its real cool

aft that the guys were really nice and they made a decision that all of those who signed up b4 the day ends will get to be pioneers
that means like doubling the number of certs they have to sign!
and i saw jiajia's tweet that she got the pioneer stats!
den we tweet here tweet there and she told me that its 9bucks monthly in USD
somehow i manage to get to the signup page, which says that if u signed up once and become a pioneer, even if u drop back to a tourist (which is when u cancel subscription), u can still be a pioneer the nxt time u subscribe again!

so it has been like 2 weeks since i've updated.

got many exciting thing to record down!!!

so firstly, was what happened last friday.

was listening to 987 top 20 countdown
praying that clickfive's the way it goes is rising on the chart
they were number 18 the previous week, a new entry
so i was hearing hearing, while trying to do physics (not working!!)
den hear until number 13, 12, 11
still don have them!!!
was sooooo scared that they were kicked out of the charts aft just ONE week.
it went on to the top 10
i was sooo nervous that i keep tweeting that time
den suddenly, i heard it!
NUMBER 9~~!!!!!!!!!!

how awesome is that? rose up by 9 spots in just two weeks time.
im proud of them.

den aft that during econs mrs chua told us abt the change in grading.
now 45-50 is an E grade
and 50-55 is a D
SO I SCORED A D!!!!!!

econs was a screwup. like expected.
im really quite happy for my case study results though
my essay was.. i passed all 3 of them at a just pass grade
so its 44/75 and 44/60
woah. wad a suay number

physics was..... upsetting.
my paper 1 was a B grade
which is really shocking considering all the tikam choices i made
paper 2 was, JUST PASSED AT E grade. 36/72
shocked? no
i totally expected it
somemore i think i actl fail de, but mr choo tried to find marks for me or sth.
paper 3 was the awesome one. 57/80, which is a A grade.
shocked? YES TOTALLY
hahah.
really didnt expected it.
i did really well for the first few 8 marks qn.
its the last 2 long qns that screwed me up.
overall is a C though. but if u count the new grading system, its a B
and imma really glad already.
but. IM STUDYING HARD FOR PHYSICS
sooo gonna secure an A k.
i cant let mr choo, and perhaps mr wee down!

math was. really really awesome.
gave out p1 during the math lecture
and mr chai accidentally showed this mark of a s09
lets just say the whole lecture reaction was " wahhhh"

then when i got back my paper, mich saw it and she was like
"u did btr than the s09 guy? haha"
me " YEAP YEAP :D"
paper 2 was the same marks as paper 1
cos apparently, i managed to score full marks for pure math in p2
so its 88/100 for p1, 88/100 for p2
8888, my exam results are so damn entertaining.

then for chem
lets just say im real happy too
its definitely one of the best that i did for chem
and yesh even btr than common test even though i left blanks here and there and practically didnt study for inorg chem and theres a stupid planning qn.
but my mcq improved alot!!!!
i think all the practices really worked.
paper 3 is kinda weak. i took like real long to pick the qns.
paper 2 was heng, cos planning was an easy one.
overall its a happy grade (:

well it was really successful
like almost everyone manage to turn up.
big round of applause to mich and junjie!!
for planning it.
and one thing we learnt is:
if we wanna plan a class outing, ALWAYS DO IT TWO MONTHS B4. hahaha

so. lets start off!!

which was freaking screwed up.
out of 40 qns, i have like 16 options that i put C
and out of these 16 C, 10 are random guesses.

aft the paper went home...
gotta start preparing for class outing!

packed my bag etc etc.
and thot i was gonna be late cos i left house at around 11.07 or so.
was supposed to meet at 1130 at je mrt man.
turns out, 334 was here real fast and i reached je mrt at 11.30 sharp.

it started out really fine u know
the kinematics, electric field qns..
then suddenly the quantum qn.
I STUNNED LIKE SHIT.
esp the 5 marks one on quantum tunneling.

so i wanted to left it blank
but i used the last 15 mins to crap out sth anw.
den the nxt qn on nuclear was as " stunning"
so i practically gave up on it.

so i woke up at 4.30am on thurs morn to start on it.
was really really uber tired.
but it was for click five!!! im so willing to do it.
i was only like, less than a quarter done..

when i came home from sch on thurs,
sacrificed my nap and just try to complete the board.
im like, so not willing to cut out any pics of them
or waste money trying to develop any.
and yea. it is PICTURELESS.
and cost price is like, 40cents.
(unless u count in the glue, which cost $2.50, but i only used so little of it)

so this day was a beautiful saturday morning!
not that hot and such.
AND IM UP AT 6.30AM TO PREPARE MYSELF FOR THE CLICK FIVE AUTOGRAPH SESSION AT *SCAPE.
well. *scape is at orchard.
so as u know, its freaking early. i decided to take 502 instead of taking mrt and such.
just when i was abt to leave home at 8am, i checked iris for bus time arrival of 502.
results : NOT OPERATING NOW. YOG OPENING, ROAD CLOSURE
WTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
i refused to believe it though. cos i rmb clearly that road closure is like in the afternoon or sth.
so i went to the bus stop
waited like abt... 20-30 mins.
AND I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES: 502 CAME!!!!!
lucky there were seats.
so yea. sat at some seat and plugged in ipod. blasted clickfive songs duh.
nearly fell asleep on the way.
but the ride was fast.
reached orchard like at 9am.
amusingly, someone alighted with me.
and she looks like a fellow fan.
being someone who had never been to *scape, i followed her (hoping she is going same direction)

so when kyle walked out with the security guard, HE TOTALLY WALKED PAST ME>
like if i reached out my hand I COULD HAVE GRABBED HIM
i didnt do that of cos.
it will be so damn disturbing to him

tried to wake up early but it was an epic fail ( as for usual)
and when i woke up, i did like. ONLY A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF PHYSICS
so it was going to be an exciting sunday.
cos ITS CLICK FIVE AT NIGHT
yeap the samsung thingg.
i got two tics
kinda pulled my sis along
cos everybody else is studying.
and my mum say ' either erjie go or i go'
OF COS I PICKED MY SIS MAN.

was supposed to reach at 6pm to collect the passes.
but was late
reach at ard 6.15 instead.
partly was becos our dinner came late.
and my sis was slow
and the fact that my another sis gave me a total makeover
(apart from the hair)
i initially just wore some pants and shirt
in the end she totally just found me some other clothings to wear.
so that it looks more presentable??
damn funny
does my fashion sense really that suck??

ok so aft collecting the passes, we walked over to marina bay sands
cos still long to the meet and greet, which was at 8
i treat her drink some double choco drink!
just to make her feel better.
she was totally bored outtttt

and den, 8pm came and heres come Meet and greet!!!
didnt expect that so many ppl got to meet and greet them.
they want to form us into grps of 8
and is like, 8 ppl one grp photo?
of cos we not happy
so we sort of like, lag behind... try to be the last grp together
we thot we succeeded! ( me, sis, yenshan and sheila)
but the management go randomly pull two more super young fans over????

but we were still the last grp
so we kinda wanted to stay as long as possible

plus a small commontion happened like behind us
this guy behind us had a tripod stand and wanted to video down or sth.
some management guy saw it and say he's not allowed to film yada yada
screamed and screamed, shout and shout
say wad must go into the media there

wts. so noisy.
and that noisy guy still ordered the police/security in front of us to make sure no more filming aft 2 songs.
no standing, bla bla bla.

a freaking sad and happy day.

I FAILED GP COMMON TEST.
like so expected.
the unexpected was that i passed paper 2 and failed paper 1.
usually its the opposite u see.
but i got over it.

when i told my mum she was like ' HUH. FAIL GP DEN HOW? CANNOT GO UNI"

the market failure one was freaking imba.

the policy one was a total screw-up.

well. i cant pin much hope on econs. really.

my exams FINALLY ENDED.
although its like a stupid common test.
i really felt like the A's is over already!~~~~~~~~
slacked for like 3 days.
and i realised. THERE'S LIKE LOADS OF HW I HAVE TO DO
so i decided to stay awake as much as possible tonight to finish it.
(during the week of studying. i found out that staying awake at night, IS USEFUL)
let me tell u why.
throughout the whole week of exam, from sunday rather.
i have been practically not slping.
well unless u count the afternoon naps :p

sunday night i only slept TWO HOURS
which is considered imba cos i have math paper on monday
but it was still ok i guess
kongyong more imba. he din sleep at all
(and ask me to kick his chair if i see him fall aslp... which he din of cos)

ok den i came back home and grab a nap of cos.
but i only slept for 2 hours again for the night.

tues night was the epic one.
I DIN SLEEP AT ALL!~~~~~
partly due to the fact i was real upset over japan's lost...
but oso due to the fact that I REALISED I HAVE ALOT LEFT TO STUDY FOR CHEM>
to memorise either.
so i stayed up the WHOLE NIGHT trying to memorise all the stupid definitions.
(hey. i even went to memorise the definition of RELATIVE ATOMIC MASS. dumb enough?!)
ok. so. the sad thing is.
NONE OF THEM CAME UP
like really NONE OF THEM.
damn it.

and i went hme and slept like a log again.
den it was no sleep on friday night again

ok wait. i think it was already june from the last post
zz. im lagged.
oh well.

this week is REAL HECTIC
somehow it start of holis already.
but it just doesnt feel like it.
aft gp common test on tues.
i have to reach sch at 8am every aft day as well.
so that means waking up at 6.30am everyday.
and only get to be released aft 3pm.
today was the worst.
4++ den release.

wad sucks the most is the in b/w breaks
that is like. 3 hours/4 hours.
apart from thurs' one.
spent them wisely though.

anw i painted my nails dark purple
i was actually thinking if i shld have light pink or dark purple.
initially already painted light pink.
but i painted another finger darkpurple, and think it looks btr.
and remove remove remove.
in the end all my 10 fingers nails are dark purple!!
really striking though.

was really the best night of my life
all the music and rock and jumping was real crazy.

it was a really great experience.

it was the first concert of my life.

this time i figured i shldnt walked the esplanade way.
i walk back to citylink mall thru marina square.
it was still damn far!!!

but i managed to walk as fast as possible.
i think i took like 15mins or more just to walk back?
it was longer when i walk there though.
got onto a train.
AND FOUND A SEAT. thank god for it. i wld have died w/o it.
sat + slept throughout the journey hme.
real tired.
my legs were like going to break
but i still walk home frm chi garden cos it will take a shorter time then taking a bus.

went home probably in like a half limping state.

thats the word that i'll use to describe the whole of this wk.
i really did try my best u noe
cramming chinese, pw and chem olympiad at once.
its even more stressful than during the promos period =X

okies. i fully spent my weekends slacking.
apart frm doing some CHEMISTRY.
initially i thot only nid do the alcohols tut.
